"Often one of you would come to our homes for a home visit, to visit my Mother, Father, Husband or myself after a full day at the surgery or at weekends to administer medical services or advice or attend my parents when they were in the hospital. I also note you both have also been available to speak to me on the phone to help out with medical problems, often out of surgery hours and late at night."
