Dear Dr Lad,

I am sad to hear about the trouble you are going through at the moment. I remember growing up in Kingston and coming to your surgery for many years throughout the 90's. You also looked after my family- my mother --, father ---, sister --- and brother --- and always did a great job. I recently saw Geeta on one of my flights  (I am a flight attendant with ---) and she recognised me even though I have not been to your surgery for years as I have moved from the Kingborough area.
